The Electric Picnic runs this year from 3rd-5th September 2010. The Electric Picnic is Ireland's largest music & arts festival and one of Europe's largest festivals. The 2010 line up is yet to be announced, last year's included Florence and the Machine, Brian Wilson, Orbital, Madness and the highly original Seasick Steve. A brilliant destination for music, culture and arts in Ireland's countryside - developed to suit all ages with facilities such as family campsites, WC and showers onsite. We would recommend rental of a 2 berth campervan or rental of a 4 berth campervan for larger groups.

Oxegen.
An incredible line up has been announced for Oxegen 2010 featuring the mega Eminem, Jay-Z, Faithless and Brits winner of Best Album Florence and the Machine. Tickets on sale 12th March. Attracts a much younger crowd.

Glastonbury.

For something different there's the Cork International Choral Festival in early May. A world class festival of choral and vocal music with gala and fringe concerts. Now in its 56th year.

The Wexford Festival Opera is now entering its 59th season, it is admired all over the world for presenting rare and neglected opera productions, which are often difficult to see elsewhere. It stages three main stage productions every year. The programme also features a superb range of concerts, recitals and other Festival events. There is also an eclectic mix of events which take place during a vibrant Fringe Festival.
