U2 are coming home to Ireland!
As part of their Innocence and Experience tour, U2 will be playing six shows in Ireland next November. SEE (Odyssey) Arena in Belfast and 3Arena in Dublin will have the privilege to host Irish most famous band’s concerts on 18th and 19th November (Belfast) and 23rd November (Dublin).
“It is great to be able to play the whole island of Ireland on this tour in particular, it was important to us to get to Belfast – and those shows should be something special,” U2 frontman, Bono, declared to The Irish Times when announcing the tour.
Tickets for all the shows will go on sale for the general public at 9 am on 14th September, with prices ranging from €30 to €185. As part of the band’s mission, over €2 million from the tickets sales with go to Music Generation, Irish charity set up by U2 and The Ireland Funds to improve the access to musical education for children and young people.
