If cancelled within 24 hours of booking: 100% of the total cost will be refunded. If cancelled more than 42 nights prior to the start of the Hire Period: 25% of the total hire cost or 100% of booking deposit (whichever is greater).

If cancelled 41 to 15 nights prior to the start of the Hire Period: 50% of the total hire cost; and if cancelled 14 nights or less prior to the start of the Hire Period, or no-show: 100% of the total hire cost.

No refund is available on any low-cost relocation deals.

Yes, we allow changes to be made. Our policy on amendments is:

(a) If amended more than 30 nights prior to pick up: £50/€55 fee, plus any increase in vehicle charges

(b)  If amended 30 to 15 nights prior to pick up: £150/€175 fee, plus any increase in vehicle charges

If amended 14 nights or less prior to pick up, 100% cancellation charge and full rebooking cost.

Guests cannot make changes within 14 nights of the start of the hire period.

Changes to a booking are subject to availability.
