Vehicle Drop Off – FAQs

We have drop-off locations for campervan hire across the UK and Ireland. These include Belfast, Dublin, Edinburgh, and Greater London.

Returns are between 8am – 10 am.

The latest return is 10am as the camper will be cleaned and prepped for the next hire that afternoon.

The earliest time for returns is 8am when our branch opens. There is no out-of-hours option.

It is your responsibility to return the camper with the same level of fuel as when you collected it.

When you return, you will sign the return forms, hand back the keys, and are free to leave the branch. The camper is assessed after your return. Drop-off times vary, however, luckily we offer hassle-free returns packages which can be found here

Yes you will have to empty the waste tank before the campervan is returned, unless you purchase the “Drop and Go” hassle-free return option here

Unless you purchase a hassle-free return option, you will need to clean the vehicle to the same standard you received the campervan when you collected it.
