Like many organisations, we have had to adapt our procedures in order to keep guests and staff safe both at the depots and on the road. Whilst our team will be on hand to assist with any questions you have, this does mean we won’t be able to get into your motorhome with you on arrival to demonstrate how everything works.
For many, campervan holidays are a new experience and facilities in your vehicle will work differently than what you are used to at home. To help you get to grips with how to use all facilities in your vehicle and get an idea of what to expect at the depot, please watch our Vehicle Demonstration videos & read your Rental Companion prior to arrival. We would encourage you to do this even if you have rented a Bunk Camper before as information may have changed.
